Each day of the program is carefully structured to optimize results. From progressive overload to sequencing, set structure, rep schemes, RPE and rest breaks, every aspect of your workout will be designed to maximize your gains.
This program is 5 days a week. With 3 heavy days in the beginning of the week and pump days implemented to give you more volume throughout the week without wearing you down.
